Many experts from Virginia pharmacies say that there is no connection between the rise in ED drug prices and the development of revolutionary medical technologies. For example, the head of the pharmaceutical company Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Leonard Shleifer, during the Forbes Healthcare Summit, accused the industry that companies are using the rise in prices for ED products to “close the gaps in innovation.” Despite huge profits, pharmaceutical companies are chasing competitors that offer similar drugs for less. This is why most generics are sold online on sites like the ones below.

Broad Street Pharmacy (Rating: 5.0)

Customer service at Broad Street Pharmacy is great, but they said my prescription was supposed to be ready by 4:30 and it was 2 hours later. I called twice, and they told me the second time that it probably hadn’t been filled because I didn’t have my insurance on file and they didn’t fill it because they assumed people wouldn’t pay the full amount. I feel as though someone should have called me or something to figure out the prescription if they had questions.

Why would you be closed Sat and Sun??? Maybe till noon on Saturday for people who work 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday would be nice… Think I’ll take my five prescriptions somewhere else!!!

Giant Pharmacy (Rating: 3.8)

This pharmacy is not 24 anymore. Giant Pharmacy quality has plummeted since it stopped being 24h. They can no longer keep up with a load of clients they need to serve – so you always wait, and sometimes you get there only to find the medication that you called in three days ago still isn’t filled. Every time I go there, there’s a line of four-five people inside, and several cars waiting. My loved one had to go for two days without their medication because of this pharmacy gross failures. I recently saw one pharmacy tech playfully throw a bag of medications at another. The employees are always stressed and overworked because there aren’t enough people. There was a recent Sunday where the pharmacy closed early because the pharmacist went home sick, and no one wanted to come in to cover the shift. They should pay the pharmacy employees more to compensate for the heavy workload, but they won’t. So you shouldn’t go to this pharmacy. Instead, you should go to any other pharmacy *except* this one.

I would give 0 stars if I could. These people must be incompetent to take this long to do anything. Always a line at the pharmacy. Never enough assistance.

ViaQX Pharmacy (Rating: 4.4)

https://viaqx.com/ | 134 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046, United States | (703) 538-4835

Good sized pharmacy. VERY friendly staff! They worked hard to get the medication I needed. They even gave me great advice for getting more of my medication if/when I run out!

ViaQX pharmacy has some of the best prices on prescriptions in town, and their staff is polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. They are very good at what they do and willing to answer questions and make sure you understand how to take medication properly.

Harris Teeter Pharmacy (Rating: 4.8)

Pam and Pat helped me in a tight spot and have been incredibly accomodating. They are wonderful. When they were not around, however, Rick was so incredibly rude, I will never go back to Harris Teeter Pharmacy.

The pharmacist I had to deal with was one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. Didn’t even say anything about the drugs I was prescribed, didn’t answer my questions. Will go anywhere but here from now on. Terrible experience.
